Bal-lunatics have taken over the asylum....

For the past couple of weeks, whenever I happen to be winding through the streets of Los Angeles, I randomly find this Bal-lunatic seeming to magically appear wherever I turn. I'm not sure if it has a real head, but the legs are definately human.

A walking, changing work of Art (no, I mean his name is Art...Art Fugawee from Des Moines. Pretty cool dude.)
