Next Stop: French General
We couldn't resist a trip to French General in Hollywood. We were greeted warmly by Kaari's husband, who took the most excellent care of us (do I sound like Bill and Ted?)

Every corner brought us delightful treasures; buttons, beads, glass trinkets, french fabrics and vintage bits abounded. I especially love the special tidbits I found to add to my projects.

Allie loved the textiles in the armoire.

Casual elegance evoked a kindred spirit.

My favorite? The sink in one bathroom did not work, so they cleverly filled the basin with lavender.
